One of the most asked questions that I get in my email is: "What is the difference between High Quality and Medium Quality plastics?"
Medium Quality plastics are 3D printed with the same material, but at a higher speed, so the print is less accurate. However it is mainly a visual difference, and durability and usability are almost the same as High Quality plastics. In addition, the surface layers of the keys are printed with High Quality settings also in Medium Quality parts, so there is very little difference in that part of the print.
But what do they look like? The High Quality plastics have a matte look and they take more than 16 hours to print, while the Medium Quality ones have a glossier effect. In this post, you can see how they compare. Enjoy!
